Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope
These terms are the contract between Modammedya Agency Ltd. Şti. ("we") and the person ("you") using the analysis lab offered under the TRENDEU brand (the "platform"). By applying or by accessing the platform you accept these terms. Persons under 18 may not use the platform.
2. What the platform does and does not do
TRENDEU is an analysis tool that shows market data, technical and trend indicators, measurement reports and news for gold, silver, crude oil, Bitcoin and the main cryptocurrencies on one screen.
- It gives no investment advice. Every level, indicator, alert and report shown is general information. It is not a personal recommendation and contains no promise of profit.
- It does not trade. It sends no orders to any exchange, opens no trades on your behalf, and holds no money or crypto assets.
- It will never ask you for an exchange API key, a password, wallet details or money to invest.
- Your trading decisions and their results are yours. You trade on your own exchange, at your own responsibility.
3. Membership
- Membership starts with an application. Every application is reviewed by hand. We are not obliged to accept an application; a rejected application may not receive a separate notice.
- An approved member gets a 48-hour free trial; the trial starts at the moment of approval.
- Sign-in is with your Google account, through the Cloudflare Access secure sign-in gate. We never see or store your password.
- You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity under it. The account is personal and may not be shared. If sharing is detected, access may be closed.
4. Plans, fees and payment
- Current plans and prices are on the Plans page. Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, SWIFT, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. The payment details for the method you choose are sent to you by email. This payment is only the subscription fee, not an investment.
- A subscription does not renew automatically at the end of the period you chose.
- Add-on plans (e.g. special market layers) may be offered separately and are subject to their own conditions.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
- Statutory right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. If you expressly asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, the fee for the time used up to your withdrawal is deducted.
- Our additional guarantee: Our phone-verified customers can get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. This guarantee is given in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and may be used once per person.
- How to withdraw or cancel: just write to [email protected] or use the contact form.
- Refunds are made by the method used for payment.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, visual design, texts, measurement reports and data compilations, signal and analysis content, audio recordings, logo and the TRENDEU brand, belongs to Modammedya Agency Ltd. Şti. and is protected by copyright, trademark and database law.
The following do not belong to us and are subject to their owners' terms:
- market data (Binance, MEXC, Bybit, Yahoo Finance and similar sources),
- news content (belongs to its source; the platform shows the headline and a link),
- open-source software components (list: Open source notices).
The content you post (e.g. your message board posts, your notes) is yours. We store board posts only to display them on the board and do not use them commercially.
7. Right of use and prohibitions
For the duration of your subscription you are granted the right to view the platform for your own personal use only. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable and may not be sublicensed; it ends when the subscription ends.
The following are prohibited:
- sharing your account with others,
- republishing, selling or passing on to a group the platform's content, reports or signals,
- extracting data from the platform by automated means (bots, scraping) or sending excessive requests,
- bypassing security mechanisms; reverse engineering beyond what applicable law permits,
- using the platform to develop a similar product,
- using the TRENDEU name and logo without permission or implying a connection with us (except authorised resellers).
Screenshots: Personal, non-commercial sharing is allowed provided the TRENDEU logo stays visible. Trade values (entry, target, stop) from paid add-on plans may not be shared.
In case of a breach, your access may be restricted or terminated; our right to claim damages is reserved.
8. Use of artificial intelligence
News read-outs on the platform use an AI-generated voice (cloned from a voice recording owned by TRENDEU). Interface texts in languages other than Turkish and English, and news translations, are machine-translated. This content is labelled as such on the platform.
9. Message board rules
- Unlawful content, threats, insults, harassment and hate speech are prohibited.
- Impersonation — imitating another user's name, display name or identity is prohibited.
- Posting someone else's personal information is prohibited.
- Advertising, scams, referral links and price-manipulation calls are prohibited.
- Promising certain returns in a way that could cause someone a loss is prohibited.
- Request flooding, abuse through automation, bypassing security mechanisms, unauthorised data collection and reverse engineering are prohibited.

An administrator may hide a message that breaches these terms and may remove access where necessary. An administrator cannot edit your messages on your behalf.

10. Service continuity and liability
- The platform is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or that third-party data will be error-free. Delays and outages in data sources are shown on screen.
- We are not liable for losses arising from investment decisions you make based on information on the platform.
- Our liability remains for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, and wherever mandatory consumer law does not permit a limitation.
11. Changes and termination
- We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not accept them, you may cancel your subscription and get back the fee for the remaining period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may end access in case of a serious breach of the terms.
12. Governing law
This contract is governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable and you have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country.
