Üyelik başvurusu

trendeuropean.com/kayit formunda ad soyad, e-posta adresi, cep telefonu ve isteğe bağlı olarak ülke ile kısa bir not toplanır. Başvurunun dili ve bilgilendirme testinin sürümü de kaydedilir.

Amaç: başvurunun incelenmesi, üyeliğin yönetilmesi, iade hakkının ve hesap güvenliğinin doğrulanması.
Size ulaşma: başvuru alındığında ve onaylandığında verdiğin e-posta adresine otomatik bir bilgilendirme e-postası gönderilir (reddedilen başvuruya e-posta gitmez). Numaranın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için yönetici verdiğin cep telefonuna WhatsApp üzerinden bir kez yazabilir. Onaylanan üyelere 48 saatlik ücretsiz deneme süresi tanınır; deneme süresince ve sonunda, süre hatırlatması ile birlikte kampanya ve paket teklifleri içeren e-postalar gönderilebilir. Bu e-postaları almak istemiyorsan [email protected] adresine yazman yeterli; gönderimi durdururuz.
Yer: panel sunucusu (Hetzner, Finlandiya, AB). Yöneticiye giden yeni başvuru bildirimi kişisel veri içermez.
Süre: reddedilen başvurular 30 gün içinde silinir. Üye verileri üyelik sürdükçe saklanır, üyelik sona erince silinir.
Başvuru verileri satılmaz, kiralanmaz, pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz. Telefon numarası yalnız doğrulama ve güvenlik için kullanılır.

Hangi veriler TOPLANMIYOR

Şifre. Girişi Google yapar; panel hiçbir aşamada şifre görmez ve saklamaz.
Google profil fotoğrafı. Cloudflare Access bu bilgiyi panele iletmiyor — 16 Eylül 2026'da ölçüldü. Avatar, görünen adın ilk harfinden üretilir.
Ödeme ve finansal bilgi. Panel ödeme almaz.
Konum, cihaz parmak izi, reklam kimliği. Hiçbiri toplanmaz.
Reklam çerezi, üçüncü taraf analitiği, izleyici. Panelde bulunmaz.

Üçüncü taraflar ve verinin yeri

Kimlik doğrulama Google, erişim denetimi ve bağlantı güvenliği Cloudflare, sunucu barındırma Hetzner (Finlandiya, AB) tarafından sağlanır. Bu tarafların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Veriler bunların dışında hiçbir üçüncü kişiye satılmaz, kiralanmaz, pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz. Cloudflare'ın küresel ağı nedeniyle istekler AB dışındaki bir veri merkezinden geçebilir.

Saklama, silme ve haklar

İlan duvarı ekleme-esaslıdır: yazılmış bir mesaj yazarı tarafından düzenlenemez ve silinemez. Bu bilinçli bir tasarımdır — geçmiş sessizce değiştirilmesin diye.
Yönetici bir mesajı gizleyebilir. Gizleme sessiz değildir: kim gizledi · neden · ne zaman kaydedilir.
Görünen adını istediğin zaman kendin değiştirebilirsin.
Verilerinin tamamının silinmesi için [email protected] adresine yaz; profil ve mesajlar elle silinir. Silmeden sonra eski yedeklerde bir süre kopya kalabilir; yedekler dönüşümlü olarak üzerine yazılır.
Yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması ve itiraz haklarına sahip olabilirsin.

Yazdıkların görünürdür. İlan duvarına yazdığın her şey, panele erişimi olan diğer tüm kullanıcılar tarafından görülür. Telefon, adres, hesap bilgisi gibi kişisel verilerini duvara yazma.

Hizmet 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplanmaz. Verileri korumak için teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır; buna rağmen hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir. Politika değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.

The panel is not public: access is granted to members whose application has been approved by the administrator and is currently limited to 50 people. Sign-in is only with a Google account, through Cloudflare Access.

Membership application

The form at trendeuropean.com/kayit collects your full name, email address and mobile phone number, and optionally your country and a short note. The language of the application and the version of the information test are also recorded.

Purpose: reviewing the application, managing membership, and verifying refund eligibility and account security.
Contacting you: an automatic information email is sent to the address you gave when your application is received and when it is approved (no email is sent for a rejected application). To verify that the number is yours, the administrator may message the mobile number you gave once via WhatsApp. Approved members receive a 48-hour free trial; during and at the end of the trial we may send emails with trial reminders together with campaign and package offers. If you do not want these emails, simply write to [email protected] and we will stop sending them.
Location: the panel server (Hetzner, Finland, EU). The new-application notice sent to the administrator contains no personal data.
Retention: rejected applications are deleted within 30 days. Member data is kept for as long as the membership lasts and deleted when it ends.
Application data is never sold, rented or used for marketing. The phone number is used only for verification and security.
To withdraw your application or request deletion of your data, write to [email protected].

What is NOT collected

Passwords. Google handles sign-in; the panel never sees or stores one.
Google profile photo. Cloudflare Access does not pass it to the panel — measured on 16 September 2026. The avatar is generated from the first letter of the display name.
Payment or financial information. The panel takes no payments.
Location, device fingerprints, advertising identifiers. None of these.
Advertising cookies, third-party analytics, trackers. None in the panel.

Third parties and where data lives

Authentication is provided by Google, access control and transport security by Cloudflare, and server hosting by Hetzner (Finland, EU). Those parties' own privacy policies apply. Beyond them, data is never sold, rented, or transferred for marketing. Because of Cloudflare's global network, requests may pass through a data centre outside the EU.

Retention, deletion and rights

The board is append-only: a posted message cannot be edited or deleted by its author. This is deliberate — so that history cannot be quietly rewritten.
An administrator may hide a message. Hiding is not silent: who hid it · why · when is recorded.
You can change your display name yourself at any time.
To have all your data erased, write to [email protected]; the profile and posts are deleted manually. After erasure a copy may remain in older backups for a period; backups are overwritten in rotation.
Under applicable law you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection.

What you post is visible. Everything you write on the board is visible to every other user with access. Do not post personal details such as phone numbers, addresses or account information.

The service is not directed at people under 18 and data is not knowingly collected from children. Technical and organisational measures protect the data; even so, no method is completely secure. If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
